JMLSG publishes revisions to its Guidance

JMLSG has published final amendments to various paragraphs within Part I. These include the following revisions: Paragraphs 5.3.138A,B; Paragraphs 5.3.97A and 5.3.99; Paragraphs 5.6.36-5.6.38; Paragraphs 2.16-2.24. These have been submitted to HM Treasury for Ministerial approval, and may be accessed under the “Revisions” tab.
