JMLSG has published final amendments to various paragraphs within Part I. These include revisions to Paragraphs 6.90-6.99 in Chapter 6; and Paragraphs 3.11-3.13; 3.20; 3.33; and 3.36 in Chapter 3. These have been submitted to HM Treasury for Ministerial approval, and may be accessed under the “Revisions” tab.
